It's never a good time to get sick.  But, it's ESPECIALLY not a good time to be sick when my family is in town, on an annual or semi-annual visit.  Two of the four days of Alicia's trip, I've been knocked in the dirt with a migraine.  And, yup, it has sucked to be me the last couple of days.  However, if you're gonna have a migraine strike, having a sister who can twist you up like a pretzel, pound you like a rug on a line, and pressure point you into a near coma, take full advantage of her!!!!  I did, and I'm feeling much better!

When we're together, the artistic sparks start flying and it all seems to come together so easily. It's always fresh, and always exciting stuff the two of us come up with when we have a chance to collaborate.

Anyway, we had a great day today, and closed their visit with the grand finale - a visit to Wal-Mart. I hate that place, but it's a whole lot easier to choke down when I'm in good company. We've outfitted Nee with a new hydro-pack, bar extensions and an extra Schwinn pack that fits under the seat. Now she should be able to pack her cam gear when she cycles and have extra storage space to stash all the other stuff she'll need to have with her on the bike trails.

When you have time, please head on over to the Cycho-Pack Blog. I've crammed it with photos from today's outing. I should have it finished up and ready for posting by tomorrow, if we have a slow night on my shift this evening. I'm hoping we do. I'm feeling pretty tired from too much fun and too little sleep. But, it's been worth it.
Thanks for the read and see you next time!

So sorry to hear of your migraine. I did warn you to stretch your brain out before attempting any deep thoughts or heavy thinking if you recall!
Lethal,
I didn't realize I was 'stretching' until I was past the point of no return and then the onslaught ensued.
But, I'm nearly all the way recovered, so, I'm good for a month! :)
Reread my comment. The stretching of your brain should be done in the same manner you warm up and strech before a bike ride. In the case of your brain this needs to be done before serious uses of a blonde's brain
Lethal -
Who told you I warm up and stretch before a bike ride??
I just climb on and go - who's got time for a warm up?
However, Nee is insisting I start doing yoga-pilates before I work out. So, maybe I can incorporate some meditation with it to prevent future brain strain and back strain. :p
I'll let ya know if it works. ;)
As Sean Connery said while playing James Bond in Thunderball.."You know there is a much more pleasant and beneficial way for (a man) the stretch the lower back"
Well ... Sean Connery's not here, lol!
Leprechaun...Lethal Leprechaun, Agent 00$ (yes that's suppose to be a dollar sign)at (for?)your back stretching and exercising service(s)
Lethal-double-oh-dollar-Leprechaun,
One, I'm worried about the cost. From what research I've done, Leprechaun's are expensive.
Two, I have absolutely nil trust that you'd not tickle me during treatment.
As DragonLaffs resident Doctor of Quackery I promise I would not tickle you during your treatment, that my services are reasonable in cost (I accept barter of certain services)
TO enjoy tickling you you would have to be free of pain and movement limitations so obviously that would have to wait until AFTER treatments were successful
Dear Dr. Quack,
I've opted to purchase a handy-dandy shiatsu massage pad and oooooohhhhhh my! I LIKE it!
The positive attributes about it are that I could afford it, it's portable and available on demand, and it doesn't tickle.
